Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive the last item in your order to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging with tags attached.
You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Cost:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Restocking Fee:

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Important Note on Return Shipping:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Clearance / Final Sale Items

Items marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale" are not eligible for return (unless defective). These items are already discounted and sold as-is.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Please note: The 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, please email us to initiate a return and specify your exchange request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled until the order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and you will need to follow our return process above.

How to Start a Return

Email us at: [Your Support Email] with your order number and reason for return.
We will review your request and reply within 24–48 hours with the return address.
Once approved, securely package your item(s) with your order information and ship them back to us.
